Dark Chocolate - Vegan Shortbread

Another classic, but just a bit less classic than plain. This dark chocolate shortbread is a great gift for folks who you want to give something that isn't just the basic stuff but is also a pretty safe bet. It's a DREAMY addition to your morning coffee or evening cappuccino, you can dip it and it will soak up all that beautiful coffee flavour for a perfect harmonious bite. It's also great with a cold glass of soy or oat milk! 

This one goes over great with kids and it isn't loaded with sugar so you won't have to scrape them off the ceiling in 20 minutes either so that's another bonus! (unless you give them a bite of the one you dipped in your coffee, then, forget it.)
