Cake Batter - Vegan Shortbread

It's somebody's birthday somewhere right? or at the very least, it's usually your unbirthday. so that's two good reason's right there to get some cake batter shortbread and live your damn life. (Another reason, if you're still shopping for reasons is that we seem to be stuck in an infinite time loop of covid variants with a never-ending cycle on non-stop government officials acting like this is the first they are hearing about this despite the fact we are on like week 100 and something of this pandemic and they should definitely have a plan by now but they don't and it's starting to feel like living in Ontario might be a comorbidity... if you need another reason... maybe you don't... but in case you do...)
