Butterscotch - Vegan Shortbread

A seasonal fave back, back again.

Butterscotch! perfect for dipping in coffee or tea, great with most desserts, a nice snack all around, and not aggressively sweet. This is  longtime favourite. It's like a sundae without all that pesky "being cold" to deal with.

Around till the weather starts to warm up. And with climate change who even knows when that will be.... March? June? Next Friday? In all seriousness tho It'll be here till at least after Valentines Day. We're using the word "Seasonal" in the traditional calendar sense here, not in the chaotic energy of late stage capitalism and what it's doing outside sense.
